Heres the truth about this opportunity, it doesnt just lie within the company, your success also comes from the team you join & the effort you put forth. If you come from a family where no one ever graduated from college, 9 times out of 10 times you wont graduate either because it isnt normal, its not a given and it is the same with this company. If your team isnt used to success you wont be either. If you join a team that sucks where no one succeeds, you will too, excuse me for being blunt. Ive seen a lot of people make this mistake, please dont be the next one that does.
