Heres to my sisters who are doing what they have to to secure their lands, their childrens lives and futures - making immense sacrifices, including the ultimate one. I am with you as much as I can be. Dont know how this grace touched me and the windy, rocking bridge Im living on is a rough rodeo ride, but there are mothers, sisters, nieces, lovers out there actually fighting for causes, not taking a mercenarys pay to occupy foreign lands and terrorize innocent civilians. If they can volunteer to teach in Afghanistan, tend to drone victims in too many places to name, arm themselves to protect their homeland and their kids, stand there in front of a camera in a bulletproof vest, miked up, talking in a war zone right before the bullet hits the brain - well, I can do the piddling best I can.
