Heres what Im thinking....bala cynwyd (philadelphia) is a fully established from community. Not as much chabad though. There is an older neighborhood across the city border (from suburbs to city) called overbrook. Overbrook was the sister neighborhood of bala cynwyd/lower merion. There were a lot of frum families and even lubavitchers. Unfortunately they all moved away because of the NEIGHBORS .PM me if you need more hints on that one.... anyways houses there now are around 80-150k very nice row homes ranging from 3 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms. Across city ave again is wynnwood. Wynwood is another sister neighborhood. More frum families live there currently and detached homes can be purchased for 300s. Bala cynwyd side of philly area we have over 10 restaurants around 10 shuls including 2 chabad centers. A huge jcc which services all the jewish persuasions of the area. We have a chabad cheder,2 frum day schools another hand full of modern orthodox day schools, girl highschool (be is yakov style). Another plus is philadelphia is a major us city which means jobs....Also a beautiful downtown area for shopping. Outlet malls, we have judaica too.... i believe this a great place for one to bring a business or even find find a job. The economy is great here. Everyone lives comftorble even on lower incomes. Grass and trees are everywhere. And we have Fairmount park which is 2nd to central park. My list can go on and on. PM me with any questions
