Heres what gets me: First, the majority of folks throwing around the word impeachment online have a misconception of its meaning. What it seems to illustrate is the removal of a president by popular vote. What it actually entails is the Federal Indictment of the President for crimes trespassed against the United States Constitution. Second, tonight, our president openly declared he will continue to work to abolish the second amendment, while criticizing his Republican friends for trying to repeal a law that, is already helping millions of Americans. There are more people benefiting from the right to bare arms than from the right to be fined for not having healthcare. Granted, its principle is noble, to the extent it is talked about (not for its actual design). But, how does this crack fit in with his previous promises to rise above partisan feuding to get work done. There are some great things about Obamacare, but it really wont function in our financial system. Thats why members of congress from both the Republican and Democrat parties are working for its repeal. Third, he plans to circumvent congress as much as possible. Our checks and balances are already weak. He has just exposed how little the power of the vote really matters. Fourth, he talked about the Power of the Vote. Fifth, last I saw, America being built on hard work has nothing to do with Income Equality, Welfare, Universal healthcare, or gun control. He cant get away with addressing all of the issues and considering them handled with sentences that allot to, Because of hardworking Americans and the service of our troops, Income Equality. (How does he get away with continually slapping the members of the armed forces in the face, then turn around and steal their applause?) There are many issues facing the Federal Government and the American people. Much of it should be handled by the States and local governments. That means it should be handled by the American people, not this Neo-Socialistic Oligarchy funneling finances by implementing trickle-up economical and tax legislative policies beneath a veil of, All for the hardworking American and his Family. But, were too far gone for anyone to think its going to work that way any more.
