Heres what were preparing for our New Years Eve Dinner Specials tomorrow night. First, we have an eight ounce filet with a port wine reduction served with a roasted garlic & lemon butter basted lobster tail, served with mashed potatoes & asparagus. Second, we have a seared striped bass atop herb linguine with grape tomatoes & asparagus in a roasted red pepper cream sauce with flash fried spinach. Followed by a champagne toast at midnight! Isnt that how youd like to close out 2014?
