Heres your #FitnessFix Swiss Ball Blazer... Tag A Friend & then tag 2 More... lets have some fun!!! Add this to the beginning or end of your workout! Perform 30 seconds of each movement and rest for 15 seconds.. Aim for 2-3 sets of the following 6 exercises. 1) Swiss Ball Touches with Leg Lift 2) Swiss ball straight arm core twist 3) Swiss ball hip bridge 4) Swiss ball hip bridge hold( yes hold and squeeze glutes for 30 seconds.... Ouch!!!) 5) plank and stir the pot.... ( 15 seconds each direction) 6) Swiss ball plank punches ( keep core engaged) If you enjoy the vids and exercise ideas let me know..
