Heres your free legal advice for the day. If you have an agreement with someone, get it in writing. For example, if your landlord says you can have pets but the lease says otherwise, get it in writing. If someone says you can use a facility for one purpose but you know they dont typically allow that, get it in writing. The list goes on and on. I swear if I hear one more person assert that they have an oral modification to something that cant be orally modified or otherwise requires some decent documentation I might just lose it.
