Herewith please find a list of dates that the Eskom boxes were logged; · 07 August 2014 - Reference: 126121265 · 30 September 2014 - Logged again on same reference (126121265) confirmed that they would escalate it to the supervisor · 06 October 2014 - Reference: 126121265 - Comment: Will escalate to their technical department · 21 October 2014 - BCMS received a call from Eskom to confirm that their technician Orator was to be on site the following day to attend to the Eskom boxes. · 27 October 2014 - Emailed Marshall to confirm if the boxes were attended to, Marshall confirmed that it was still not attended to; · 27 October 2014 - Reference:126121265 - Comment: Spoke to Thabiso and he confirmed that he would escalate the query to the DC office BCMS has re logged same on numerous occasions on to confirm that they would escalate and no further feedback is received.
