The house itself includes 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, a large garage that has been converted into a loft, an extremely large backyard (one of largest in the neightborhood, an upstairs loft, a roomy living area downstairs with a black leather sectional sofa and 55 flat screen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a center island for you chefs out there. Note: We do have three very friendly dogs that live in the house. They are very well mannered and easy to fall in love with :) Asking Price: $600 all bills paid. Yes...thats right...an extremely roomy home and laid back individuals for only $600. That includes water, electricity, gas, cable/high speed internet, and of course rent. Whats expected: Please have a job (I think that goes without saying), be neat within our home (were all friendly, but like anyone, we like to keep our living area tidy), and PET MY DOGS! :) They need the loves!
