Here’s another reason why rescue pets make great pets! This is Max who was rehomed from our Glasgow centre a year and a half ago. When he first went to his new family, he was very boisterous and loved to chase everything, from runners, bikers and even other dogs. He also used to get very unsettled if left alone even for a short period. Well fast forward to present day and Max has come on leaps and bounds – literally! He now does agility with a number of other dogs and loves it. He’s been doing lots of training and has come such a long way. He even won his first award last weekend, coming 5th out of 40 dogs, and was the judges’ favourite. His owner Amy said she could not have been more proud of him and wanted to let us know how much he has changed her life. Aww isn’t that lovely! Good luck Max, it sounds like you’ve got a great future ahead :D
