Here’s another song from the quite vast While Angels Watch archives. I wrote well over 100 songs during the 1980’s, most of which were recorded in some shape or form. I used to wince at the quality, I think mainly because friends like Iron Wind, Tony Wakeford et al were producing professional quality recordings. However, I’ve grown to love many of them now for loads of different reasons. We’ll actually be playing this arrangement of ‘The Waiting Ground’ at the forthcoming Runes + Men Festival in Leipzig... well, as close as we can manage anyway.
