Herman, old pal...(sorry, may I call you Herman...?), I know it must be very time-consuming to have to go on these little junkets off to foreign climes (all expenses paid, PLUS a very substantial salary with benefits), but when you get around to it, please at least answer your citizens concerns about the horrendous conditions being imposed on them just trying to go in and out of Gibraltar from Spain.
