Hero of the day - Nicholas Cole-Klaes! He was at the house. I wasnt. He heard water in the basement and could have just walked out, shut the door and pretended he didnt hear it. Instead, after working all day (and all weekend), he rallied. He constructed a way for the water that was pouring in the basement to be redirected to the drain (thanks - Nicholas. Using your method again today after a 5 hour reprieve!) He called several neighbors that ended up resulting in being able to borrow a pump for the driveway and backyard. Then he kept getting drenched all night making sure everything was working properly. My 23 year old hero, my Son.
