Hers women’s fitness center is seeking for a full-time female Customer relationship officer; we’re looking for someone with a positive and friendly attitude. Location:Heliopolis -New cairo & Zamalek. Compensations & Benefits:competitive base salary plus commission & insurance. Working hours:8- hours rotating shift schedule. Primary responsibilities: Ø Educating members and/or guests on the policies and procedures of the Gym. Ø Providing detailed descriptions of the gym packages and hours of operation. Ø Keeping detailed and accurate record of all clients’ information. Ø Receiving the sales target from the sales manager and achieving the given sales target for the period. Ø Selling fitness memberships; actively promote the gym, as well as promotions and/or discounts available.
