Hey, Alaskan friends, boycott Ravn Air. They are sitting on over 70,000 pounds of freight in Prudhoe Bay. We have received a minimal amount of mail in Nuiqsut over the past several weeks. Our Full Circle produce orders are coming in over a week late, completely rotten. After waiting MORE THAN THREE WEEKS past the expected delivery date for several orders, I called corporate headquarters today to complain. The response I got from a fellow named Steve was a patronizing, you live in the bush and you just need to be patient. The only thing we have to send right away is USPS mail. When you ship things, you take the risk that they will spoil prior to delivery. If you have a choice, I dont, Id boycott Ravn Air. They are a horrible business with terrible customer service! The ice road will open soon enough. I suppose Ill walk my sled over to Prudhoe Bay and pick up my things. #letem
