Hey All! So I found this apartment a week or so ago that I am looking to move into on the 1st of November. We are still in the application process and upon approval will need to put the deposit down. (Hopefully by mid-next week.) 4br/2ba fully renovated (the entire building is brand new.) Brand new appliances in the kitchen including a dishwasher. Rent is $750 ea. + $20 for Washer/Dryer rental which is in the apartment. 1st month and security is needed for move in plus $80 for app; $1580 total. I am looking for two people who are looking to sign a lease. Credit and income verification for app. Guarantors are welcome and encouraged as the goal is everyone will have one. Gorgeous apartment. We pay electricity which I cant imagine being more than $75ea (and thats with liberal usage.) There is an open house tomorrow at 11am. Please come and lets meet and see if wed be a good fit! Hard working. Really clean. I am a pretty laid back person who loves people and I get along with most people. I have a wonderful partner who I have been with for a year and we have a 1 year old.....PUPPY. haha. His name is Ditty and hes around sometimes. He loves attention.
