Hey Beachbums, I hope everyone has enjoyed their summer. And for those of you with kids or grandkids, most of the young kids are now back in school. But for some Beachbums, Parrotheads, and Trop Rockers, it’s always summer. Trop Rock on!! Just a quick note (well maybe not so quick) to let you know what is happening. This weekend, sometime very soon now, we will be moving the new player to the home page. Keep a look out for it. It should start playing within just a few seconds when you bring up the home page, no need to click the player. But if for some reason it does not play just do a refresh. If you go to the “Listen Now” link, you can still play the BFR players but on Sunday at midnight PST the BFR Players will stop and will play the new feed. LIVE 365 will stop, . . . for now, (stay tuned on that one, still ify tho). Try TuneIn as BFR has had that option for some time now. If the music stops, just refresh. Also, we are working very hard to bring more ways to listen to BFR than ever before and on more mobile devices too so don’t worry we are working to bring you BFR wherever you happen to be. Well as long as you can get a reception of some kind that is. I would like to introduce my partner with BeachFront Radio, Sam Densler of SongWriters Island Radio. Sam’s SWI Radio is a Trop Rock Music Association award winning station as well and we have some exciting plans on the horizon for Trop Rock radio on this and on other fronts as well for this wonderful Trop Rock music that you all love. Sam will be doing all things technical with the radio station to keeps things playing and will be finding new and better ways for you to enjoy the music.
