WANTED: 1 - 2 Roommates NEIGHBORHOOD: Woodland Hills TYPE: Room(s) for rent in beautiful large house COST: $675 or $950, respectively. DEPOSIT: 1st/Last/$100 cleaning (this is possibly to pay in installments) PETS: No cats, possible a quiet dog who is friendly to other dogs. SMOKING: No cigarettes. 420: Ok. CONTACT: Me! Facebook is fine. ADDITIONAL INFO: Light & bright with very large living room, enourmous kitchen, all the amenities. House is about 3 minutes from the 101 fwy/Ventura Blvd. Move in date February 1st -- 1st room is very large with a fireplace, giant walk in closet, private bathroom, just off the kitchen next to the back door (like a private entrance). $950/month. 2nd room is smaller, adjacent to a bathroom that would be 99% yours with the rare guest using that bathroom. $675 a month. Open to couples if both rooms were rented, the right pup may be considered, but no cats! Sadly, we have 2 dogs that do not like cats. We would like to have the house cleaned 2x monthly, with an additional $50 each paid by each roommate to keep things good with everyone. Were a mid-30s couple who do the artsy thing & are pretty easy going. Our room is removed from the rest of the house, so roommates would have a lot of privacy. Were pretty quiet most of the time, with the rare dinner party. Seeking similar roommates that are LGBT friendly, easy going, reasonably clean.
