Hey Chris, since youre alone in the house, why dont you watch a horror film? Great Idea; after all I am a man in my thirties and shouldnt be even a little creeped out. Thats right. Also, theres no need to turn the lights on in other parts of the house if theres no one else at home. Oh, I completely agree. That would be a waste of electricity. Hey, do you think I should check if the front door of my house is all the way shut before I start watching the horror film? Sometimes it doesnt shut unless you slam it. Come now Chris, the front door is definitely closed! Its not as if youre going to discover its open halfway through the film when you go to the toilet and feel a cold draft blowing up the dark, silent staircase. Youre right, and I suppose that the door wont creek in a spooky way to alert me to the fact its open? Of course not, dont worry about that. By the way, what film are you watching? Insidious.
