Hey Coach Theo, do you crush people at your workouts or what?! My first job as a coach is to make sure people move well and feel well, risk-free. From there, I encourage them to get out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves. But they know their limitations and where they can take it and ultimately, they have to dial in and up and down according to how they feel. Taxing your body isnt going to do you any justice if you cant execute moves properly. Yea it may make you feel like you got a good workout when youre trashed, but you also probably crushed your joints and tore something! Even on days where we do let loose and try to raise the bar a little, it still has to be conscious and manageable and at each owns personalized level. So do I crush people? Nope. Im here to provide the space and opportunity to let people tap into, find, and surpass their potential. If you want to wreck yourselves, theres a lot of exercise gyms around the area I can refer you to. As for us, we train smarter then harder. Never feel intimidated here. We got your back.
