Hey Dudes!!!!!! Any Vegans out there? ( Maybe I shouldnt have put the V in caps, as does that infer citizens of the planet Vega?) I was vegetarian for quite a few years, and then went on a daft meat fest for a few more years .Becoming 50 has made me think a bit more about my wonderful planet and its inhabitants, and I feel that I would like to no longer eat any meat, fish, or by products ( excluding honey, as Im told that is not harmful to the bees ). Any suggestions as to recipes, or good books would be really welcomed. ( Im not good with nuts unless theyre in ground, or butter form). Its also time for me to seriously re-think what Im putting in my body (..........stop it!!) and would like to get a bit healthy. ( by bit I mean a LOT) I know what Im like and it may take a couple of goes but if anyone does have any hints, I would be most grateful.
