Hey Everybody, Ill Be teaching two Balboa Workshops at You Should Be Dancing next weekend (December 13th & 14th) December 13, 3:30pm- 6:30pm Balboa Intensive for Lindy Hoppers: In Advance-$35 / Drop-Ins $45 Some swing dance experience is required here as we focus on how you can take what you know from Lindy hop and other swing dances and apply it to your balboa fundamentals. No previous balboa experience is needed for this class. December 14th, 1pm-4pm Slow Balboa (shown in clip below): One of the things I am asked to teach most often is Slow Balboa. This one day Slow Bal workshop is designed to get you to stop leaving the dance floor when you hear those slow songs! We begin by covering the fundamentals then show how you can expand the dance to better suit the slow music that you hear currently.
