Hey Everybody! This song was written by our former English teacher, (not that we have a current English teacher!!), Gerry Kennedy. To quote Gerry; I wrote this song as a response to the passing of several people, mostly young, who found it impossible to carry on, It must be the most awful experience to want to turn out the light. My heart goes out to those that are left behind. Proceeds raised from the song are being donated to Pieta House Suicide and Self Harm Crisis Centre.
