Hey FB family! Well...for the last few months I have been back in chemo. In June, a growth was detected in my lungs. It turned out to be a cell from the last episode that went and hid it self in my left lung. Now, I will admit...when I found out I was devastated, confused, upset, and scared. I couldnt and didnt understand how God had allowed this to happen to me again! I was depressed for a little while. Shut myself from family and friends!! How could you allow this to happen to me again, Jesus!? Why me?? And for all of you out there who have never been through anything and are saying Why not you? keep that comment to yourself cause I didnt say it then and Im not saying it now! At first I wasnt going to do the chemo again. As I asked the Lord these questions, I didnt realize He was answering me and comforting and strengthening me. Every time I asked God why and how, I would grab my favorite coffee cup. Not realizing, at the time, my answer was in my hand. Answer me, Lord! I cried! and then Id get a cup of coffee. On one of those occasions, I happen to look down at my favorite coffee cup that I used everyday and my answer was there. On the outside of the cup is the word GRACE and on the inside lip of the cup is 2 Corithians 12:9-MY GRACE IS SUFFICIENT FOR YOU! Family, I almost dropped my cup but instead I fell to my knees and asked God for forgiveness and strength to bring me through this! The same God that brought me through the last time is the same God that is keeping and bringing me through, now!! I love Him and I will forever praise the Lord Jesus for the rest of my life! We will have trials and moments when things will go haywire. We will have times/moments when it seems that God has allowed the enemy to do whatever he wants. Just know this...He made a promise that He will always be with you and that whatever it is youre going through, His grace is sufficient for you! Be encourage, somebody, and keep me in prayer! I love you and may God bless all that reads this!!
