Hey FF Fiends - I need your help spreading the word on something... A lot of folks have been emailing us today to ask whether or not their badge is registered. Heres the thing: 1) If you keep getting registration links, it is not registered. See #2 2) If you think its registered and you keep getting the registration emails, your picture was not accepted which marks you as unregistered. This is ALWAYS because the file was too big. Make the image smaller, go back to your registration link and add it back in and you should be A-OK. If you arent sure - see #3 3) I send out registration links to ALL unregistered badges every other day starting tomorrow morning until Wednesday morning (Sat/Mon/Wed). So no need to email asking - if you get the email you are NOT registered - if you dont you ARE (or you dont have a badge at all which hopefully you would have realized that a lot sooner than now...) 4) If all of the above happens and you still arent sure, then email ticketing@fantasticfest.
