Hey Facebook friends. I have decided to start a food bank to help feed some of the families that were placed on furlough due to the government shutdown. Many friends of mine that are federal employees will not be receiving pay until there is a resolution in Washington. Alot of these guys are personal friends and battle buddies of mine. They will be struggling to pay bills and keep food on the table for themselves and their families. I AM NOT asking for monetary donations. And no monetary donations will be accepted. I am asking, however, for food donations. Non-perishable items and canned goods will be accepted. These rations will be used to help these soldiers and their families until a resolution is met in Washington. Any items that are left over at the end of the government shutdown will be donated to other families that are in need. If you have any items that you would like to donate, you can call or text me at 270-820-6153, and arrange for pickup of any goods donated. Thank you for your support. And support your troops.
