Hey Facefolks, Im thrilled to announce that my linked story collection, Wolf Tickets, will be coming out this fall from Tiny Hardcore Press! Its mostly flash fiction and its all about a wolf hunt that gets terribly out of hand. I started writing it in 2010 after Samaadi was born. I could only think and work in 300 word bursts because of the babys demands back then (babies hate literature) and this is what came out. Thanks to the editors who published some of these pieces and even some of the editors who rejected them, thus pushing me to make stuff better. Thanks to everyone who read these stories when I posted them here and commented. All that was helpful to me. Im incredibly excited. Some of you have rocked with me since I wrote that first fateful poem back in junior high and basically all Ive thought about since then is books (well, back in high school it was books and girls and Wu-tang, not really in that order all the time.) If you know the press, you know they publish great books. So I hope mine stands up next to those theyve already published.
