Hey Friends, If yall would remember my dad, Gene Sparks, in your prayers please. He will be going in for a major procedure Monday morning at 5:30 a.m.and will be in the hospital for several days. They will be going in through just below his left shoulder blade all the way to the front of the left lung just to get a biopsy on the mass from the backside. They have already done 3 other procedures to get a sample and couldnt because of the location of it. The mass is between the aortic and pulmanary arteries and is very difficult to get to. They tell us it is about as big as a tennis ball. He is in good spirits just ready to get on with what our next step is. Thanks
