Hey GMR! We are assembling a task force for Invite Convention to help in the areas of Friday Rituals, Saturday Rituals, Photography, Marketing, and Welcoming. Descriptions for each task force are explained below. If interested, please email [email protected] by Monday, Dec 8th with a short paragraph about why you are interested in a particular task force. Friday Rituals: help plan Fridays service and a small program after. Saturday Rituals: help plan a morning service and assist with the havdalah atmosphere. Photography: This task force would be in charge of capturing the competition and documenting the weekend through a lens. Marketing: This task force would help by making calls to GMR members to get them to sign up for the convention, post flyers around the community to promote it, and would help post on social media about signing up for Invite. Welcoming: Help plan icebreakers, collect art gallery pieces at check-in, and make sure everyone is having a great time!
