MARCH 8, 2014 AUCTION STARTS 10:00am Saturday 3/8/2014 WORK SCHEDULE Thursday 3/6/2014 6:00pm Clean the beans, cut the onions, bacon and red peppers Check the auction stuff as needed Friday 3/7/2014 9:00am Start the bread, be careful to put the right amount of butter and garlic on the bread. Not to much and not to little. Wipe down chairs. Put the table covers on, salt and pepper. REMEMBER: ASH TRAYS ONLY GO ON THE TABLES THAT ARE OUTSIDE IN FRONT. Baked goods to be sorted, cut and wrapped 9-5 Saturday 3/8/2014 8:30am Start the coffee, food wrapping, cookies, pies, etc. Help out wherever help is needed. JOB ASSIGNMENT SHEET WILL BE WITH ROBEY REMEMBER TO ASK YOUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS TO DONATE BAKED GOODS TO BE SOLD STARTING AT 8:00 am the morning of the BBQ DESSERTS SHOULD BE WRAPPED AND BROUGHT IN ON FRIDAY Between the hours of 8am and 5pm. .
