Hey Greenlyn, We hope everyone had a good long weekend and Freedom day! There is no official class today. See you all tomorrow for the Phase 2 week 5-8 gymnastics test! Here is a WOD to do at home or at the Red Dragon at 5pm. 3 Rounds for Time: 10 Strict Toes to Bar (Or strict pike Sit ups w/ a weight if possible) 15 Strict PU (Or Push Ups scaled) 20 Jumping Lunges (1 rep is 1 rep per leg) 25 Mountain Climbers 200m Run (small tree and back or equivalent)
