Hey Guys! I am trying a lot but have failed miserably to get good traffic from US, UK and Canada. Indian traffic is great and consistent but very low CPC. Searched the net but most suggestions was using some sort of social network which I think dont convert well in terms of ads. How can I get more US traffic, what type of articles attract them most.
