Hey Guys! I just want to take a moment and express my gratitude for all the birthday wishes and especially to those of you that came out last night. Special shout out to the other Birthday girl Megan for setting up the event and to all of you in attendance for making it happen. For those of you that couldnt make it, your thoughts and warm wishes are greatly appreciated. Hope everyone else had a blast just like me and found your way home safely. Now rumor goes that a select few individuals were lucky enough to receive a complementary lap dance from me, but last time I checked, I remember no such thing so it obviously never happened. Thanks again to my awesome Psis Sophie, Eunice, Jenny and Winnie for taking care of me at the end of the night, u guys rock and i cant wait to explore Cancun and Mexico with yall! On a more personal note, I would also like to take this opportunity and thank the people who came into my life and gave me such an incredible year. Starting with my Pledge Dad Eddy for showing me what it takes to be a lambda, but more importantly, what it takes to be a better person. Pops, I can’t promise you that I’ll do anything incredible for our chapter and fraternity, but I can promise you that I’ll give my all and do my best. I also want to thank my big bro Tee for always taking care of me whenever needed, but more importantly, thank you for being my role model and the person that I can turn to for advice whenever I need it. I also want to thank Baruch Lambdas for giving me such an incredible opportunity and be part of this brotherhood and the family. The hospitality from other chapters always made me feel at home no matter where I go; whether it’s a spontaneous trip to Boston and DC, Halloween in Buffalo or just meeting bros at Columbia, Stony Brook, NYU, and St. Johns. Being part of this family has been a humbling experience and it’s something that I will always have pride in. Whether its the reunion with my pals Chase and Ryan visiting from the Air Force Academy, visiting James at New Paltz with the boys Dan, Matt, and Frankie, or all the other individuals Ive met throughout the year, 2014 sure is hard to beat. In the words of Mother Theresa “Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin.” Warm wishes go out to all for the coming year Cheers 2014, bring it on 2015!
