Hey Guys So its with a heavy heart that we finally announce the ending of Rivalries. Its been an amazing 2 and a half years with many experiences that will always hold a massive place in our hearts, but for now the best thing to do is call it a day. We are so grateful and thankful for all of the people who have supported us along the way and to all the amazing friends we have made during the time of the band. It was not an easy decision but we all feel its the best thing for us to do. Everyone who has been in bands/knows what being in a band is all about knows that it takes alot of time and effort, you spend countless hours with the same dudes, and it financially does cost alot to sustain, so within the best interests of our personal lives and to remain good friends we felt the band was getting in the way of that hence why we have decided to call it a day. We would like to thank personally our boys Matt Leost and Ryan Sheldon for doing the amazing things those guys did for the band. Without them I dont think this band would have done as much as we have! We would also like to give personal thanks to Triple J, Channel V, Aaron Saunders, Jamie Marinos, Ben Edgar-Jones, Greg Sher, Troy Noble, John Floreani, Sonny Truelove, Gareth Hargreaves, Jimmy Reimann, Andrew Denton, Jackson Valentine, Jayden Roy, Rhys Gardiner, Prepared Like A Bride, Vices, Allay The Sea, I Exalt, Blind Oracle, Jack The Giant Killer, Trophy Eyes, Sentinel, Pridelands, Void Of Vision, Left For Wolves, Oppressor, Graves, Hourglass, Polaris, Devastator, Boris The Blade, Alpha Wolf, Paradise Found, Abel Tasman, Hunt the Haunted, theres just too many bands to mention (you know who you are) but you all helped us out and for that we cannot be thankful enough. In saying all this, our last show will be on the the 30th of November, Newcastle (the smallballroom).
