Hey Guys and Girls, this weeks specials are up and running and are literally flying out the door. First off is the breakfast special, a lovely toasted bagel, contains fresh tomato, fresh spinach, melted cheese, fried egg and topped with some lovely candied bacon (its actually kaiserfleich~smoked pork belly) and some bush chutney......O.M.G..... Soup of the day is a cumin and ginger infused carrot soup with everyones favourite superfood.....Quinoa, and topped with fetta. As always served with golden toasted sourdough.. Then we have our slow cooked pulled pork roll with pickled apple, housemade BBQ sauce and topped with deep fried crunchy baby onions........hurry up these are selling fast..... Fish of the day is crispy skinned barramundi served with a pea and mint risotto and crispy prosciutto..... Keep warm everyone, and see you at Main Street.......love from us.....
