Today is Window Seat Wednesday At the end of every 4WARD FITNESS experience, we offer the four most important stretches: 1) Arms out and give eye contact to your dysFUNctional fitness family. 2) Close your arms and give yourself some love 3) Open your arms, palms up and invite anyone and everyone to experience the fun. 4) Close your arms and this hug is from me to you!!! On this Window Seat Wednesday, I challenge you to focus on number 2. A lot of people spend all of their energy taking care of others and forget to channel some of that love back their way. So, I want YOU to show yourself some love! You can easily accomplish that when you decide to Start MAKIN MOVES. Do you accept?
