Hey I dont normally like to rant or rave however I needed to ideally park outside the burger bar to pop into Barclays Bank as was in a rush and I couldnt use any of the 1 hour spaces that were there as taxis were parked in each of the bays with the drivers out of the cars talking to the other drivers parked in the taxi rank.. In the end I parked in m&s and ran round to the bank , like I said Things like this normally wouldnt bother me as I am fit and able but for some reason this has really bugged me.. what if I was an elderly person and needed to use that space or just anyone needing to pop into town with young kids for example? Are they allowed to use those spaces as I dont think its fair??
