Hey, I know some of you are emailing me with the results of your weekly reviews; I hope the rest of you are still going strong. Ive been reading more research papers on the effectiveness of mental contrasting combined with implementation intentions (MCII) its crazy how much difference this seems to make compared with others methods as long as people actually do it. I realise it is not an easy task - but if you put in the effort it really should pay off. Ill be sorting out the date for the next workshop soon.
