Hey I need some help. Im just about 12 week along with baby #2. First baby 2.5 years ago was my first little itch. At my regular OB appointment yesterday my doctor went ahead and ran my bile acids just to get a baseline. Even though I am not having symptoms yet. I was so happy to see him being so proactive. Even though he says I have never seen ICP reoccur *eyeroll* Anyways, I have no idea how my labs came back so quick, but the results are in. Im already at 10.8. He is showing no concerns, as he seems to have forgotten that 11+ is a diagnosis since labcorp says 24+. My diagnosis last time was made at the ER at 35 weeks by a different OB. And they only diagnosed with raised LFTs and being itchy. They said with me being so late in pregnancy it wasnt worth the wait of my results. They finally came back the day before my induction and they were an 11 and they chose to still induce. So I am just frustrated that I have to fight for this now. Any favorite links about proper diagnosis and what numbers count as having ICP? TIA.
