Hey, I want to give thanks to all the fighters that put on a great show at the Masonic Temple. All of you came to fight, not except easy opponents that heart the sport of boxing. The spectators should get their moneys worth, not watch a one sided bout. We as fighters, trainers managers, match makers and promoters have to work together to bring back the excitement of boxing in Detroit. We need more boxing promoters in Detroit that support one another, not threaten fighters of being black balled just because the fighter that is not even on contract with the promoter shoose to fight for another. We have a lot of pro fighters and future up and coming fighters here in this city and how in hell!! can one promoter provide fights for everyone that is looking for an oppotunity to turn pro.. it just doesnt make sence to me. Eric Mcguire from A-Square is having his professional boxing show in Ann Arbor coming up and I will try to attend to show my support.
