Hey! If anyones interested we are looking for someone to sublet anytime for Spring Quarter and/or Summer quarter! The apartment goes by University Manor which is located on the 43rd on the Ave (30 seconds from Haagen dazs) and literally a 3 minute walk onto campus from the building. Bus stops are 1 minute away and pretty much all the food and live on the ave is on the same block as you are! Rent plus utilities would go around ~$515 a month. Apartment has a full size kitchen, dining room area and youll be sharing a bathroom with 2-3 people. Room is shared with another guy but there is a room divider in place that separates the room in half so there would be privacy! Plus, your half of the room is big enough to fit a dresser, bed, table and etc (rest assured!) So if youre male or female(who doesnt mind being roommates with a pretty chill guy), quiet, clean and looking for a place to live REALLY CLOSE to campus we are looking for someone that can move in asap!
