Hey Im looking for someone to take over my friends apartment. He got a new job so he need to move to somewhere close to his new company, but he still got 2 months left from the contract, which mean if you only want to stay for 2 months, this room will be perfect for you, and it also got a big window, which is rarely happens in Taipei. The apartment located at Minsheng community, its quiet but not too far from the bus stops, and night market is totally walkable. Also the new subway station will be open sometime this year, which just 5 mins away (Nanjing samin station) by walk, so its pretty good. The rent will be 9500NTD per month, and the deposit will be 2 months: water, internet and cable tv are all included but not the electricity. The landlord is also super nice.
