Scrub retailers and manufacturers need your feedback! Please complete the Uniform Retailers Association’s Nurses and Scrubs Survey USA 2014, at surveymonkey/s/URAnurse. In return for your participation, you will receive valuable benefits: Gain a chance to win one of five $100 scrub store gift certificates. Ensure scrub stores and manufacturers provide what you want. Raise money for nurse scholarships. The URA will donate $3 for each of the first 200 surveys to the National Student Nurses’ Association Undergraduate Scholarship Program. Your answers are anonymous.
