NCDFREE Advocacy Bootcamp - London, October 17th-18th NCDFree is an international non-profit organisation, which was set up to help engage people in the many challenges posed by the global rise in non-communicable diseases (NCDs) - conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer and mental health problems - and in tackling them in innovative ways. If you are a young professional or postgraduate student with bright ideas about how we can address some of these challenges, and to gain new skills and develop your professional network, this event is for you. There will be a Friday night social, and the following Saturday will consist of a full day programme of talks, workshops and creative incubator sessions where participants will be put into teams and given a challenge to solve as a team, before they will pitch their solutions at the end of the day, with the chance of them being turned into real-world projects.
