The Anti-Federalist opposed the creation of a stronger U.S. federal government and which later opposed the ratification of the Constitution of 1788. Yet, ALEC (American Legislative Exchange Council) works to advance limited government, free markets and federalism at the state level through a nonpartisan public-private partnership of America’s state legislators, members of the private sector and the general public. How can you be for limited government & federalism?
