Hey Now!!! Something I want to talk about in terms of my posts and the feedback Im getting (which is great by the way, please keep it coming). Most of the feedback is coming regards to my nutrition and more specifically the supplementation Im taking. As you can tell Im a huge advocate of supplementing; its facilitates what I want to do big time. Most comments Im getting however, I think are predicated on skipping steps in the process of training and nutrition. Think of the term as supplementing or adding to a great nutrition program and not "substituting" or replacing something that should be in your diet. Here are my 1st four objectives everyday in terms of nutrition: 1) 3L of Water Everyday 2) 10 Servings of Vegetables 3) Optimal Fat Ratio: 1/3 Saturated, 1/3 Monounsaturated, 1/3 Polyunsaturated 4) Meat and Nut breakfast If those things are not there, my supplement program is obsolete. Heres my tier of supplements that I like 1st tier) Fish Oil, Multi, D3, Mag 2nd tier) Whey Protein, BCAA, Greens Supplement Everything else is on a needs basis. If you notice these supplements are things that probably facilitate what I want to daily in my 4 objectives. If you have the basics down everything else will work, if you try to skip steps supplements wont work. Powerful/Positive Daily Habits over a long period of time will elicit change.........And nothing will change that!!!!
