Hey Pauline! Ive been doing your lower ab exercises and Ive gotten great results in my abs but that extremely lower abs and hips seem to not get that burn! Any suggestions on how to get that full burn in that low area? Also have had 2 c sections, do you think there just numb? I just feel like Im at the gym an extra 45 just on abs trying to get extra just never feel it?? Answer: You dont need the burn, what you need is a diet plan to lower your body fat in those areas. C-section does not make it numb! Burn comes from doing more reps than very heavy work, so that means for instance a 10 rep hard ab set will not give you burn, just fatigue. Feel the burn is a very misleading expression so dont confuse the muscles building up burning sensation for fat loss. All that burn means is theres not enough oxygen available to keep on providing reps. So, if you feel the burn youre not burning much fat anyway. I suggest you grab the diet plan I have on sale this weekend and give it your best. ALSO it MIGHT very likely be a little technique problem too. Look so youre actually rounding your pelvis on the moves instead of only using your strong hip flexors (they bend your legs so your knees come up towards your chest) fighterdiet/athlete/store/discontinued-ebooks/fdx2-build-muscle-burn-fat-fitness
