Real Estate Title Processor Closer The ideal candidate will have a solid Real Estate Title background (2-3 years) minimum, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people. Superior data entry ability, and the ability to meet deadlines in a timely matter. Prepare HUD and Closing packages with accurate accounting is a must. You will also be required to know and fully explain each document in the closing package. Candidates working for mortgage and/or lending companies along with Realtors, Builders and others working with outside Title companies are also encouraged to apply. Experience clearing title, typing Commitments, ordering payoffs as well as coordinating closings. This position requires a very detailed and organized individual.
