But after the bust, our belts could get a little tight. How do YOU spell unemployment? And all those poor hard-working blue collar folks who were FINALLY getting a decent paycheck for the first time in 25 years so they ran out and voted for the Baggers because they thought that would support the oil and gas industry are gonna find out that the folks they voted for passed laws to screw em out of their unemployment, shredded any hope of decent health care assistance, shelled out the workers comp system, and cut taxes for the rich people who fired everybody out of the oil patch when prices went to shit.. Also gonna find out that if theres a bust, there arent many other jobs anywhere else in the state, either. Not saying a Democratic legislature or gubner would would have been any better, but maybe, if our representatives werent so eager to do away with all that there socialist shit like food stamps, unemployment and health insurance, an out-of-work roughneck could still feed his kids and get medical care for em. Good times are great. Good times are fantastic, but you gotta plan for the bad times, too. Its a hard lesson, but its a lesson our government just cant ever seem to learn. How many times are we going to watch so-called conservatives piss away our resources, cut funding in all the WRONG places, and leave us holding the tax bag, while blaming it on tax & spend? Anyone still buying that shit? Another thing - Keep an eye on the big oil companies. WATCH them close, because they will be selling hundreds of thousands of acres of American land and American mineral rights to the Chinese government like cheap fast food when they cant make their profit margin pumping the oil themselves. Its coming....Hell they are already doing it. Gubner Mary sure has been keeping her ol fat head down the last few weeks, Wonder whats up down on Lincoln? Makes me nervous.
