Hey SAAP nation, I wanted to let everyone know that sweet Ruby passed away. She lived two years with us and despite having a very difficult life in the beginning, she spent her last years in a home with brother doggies, and with food and tennis balls aplenty. She was blind, incontinent and had Cushings, so she was on a number of different medications, but she didnt complain much. Since she passed, I have felt her nudge my leg a couple of times and she has visited me in my dreams where shes beautifully groomed and doesnt have the itchy, bumpy skin that she had from Cushings, and she wasnt blind. She was beautiful and happy, and was grooming one of her brothers that was trying unsuccessfully to run away from her :) We miss her, but have her ashes so she will always be with us.
